These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Faradex Partners website (faradexintelligence.com and all subdomains) and your purchase and use of research products published or commissioned through Faradex Partners. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (and your organisation, if you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation) and Norven Intelligence LLC ("Faradex Partners", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or purchasing any research product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, do not access this website or purchase our research products.
Definitions used in these Terms:
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to purchase Research Products or submit commission requests. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Faradex Partners Research Products are intended for business and professional use. They are not suitable for or directed at consumers purchasing for personal, household, or non-commercial purposes.
Faradex Partners research products are produced for general informational and commercial research purposes. They do not constitute investment advice, legal advice, financial advice, accounting advice, regulatory compliance advice, or any form of professional advisory service regulated by a licensing or registration authority. Purchasers who require professional advisory services in these areas should engage appropriately qualified advisors.
Market size estimates, forecasts, CAGR projections, and other quantitative findings in Faradex Partners research represent Faradex analyst judgments based on available information at the time of publication. They are subject to uncertainty and are provided without warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Past performance of markets described in our research is not indicative of future results.
Orders for Research Products may be placed through the Faradex Partners website or by direct agreement with our analyst team. All orders are subject to confirmation from Faradex Partners. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion without being required to provide a reason.
For commissioned research products (competitive intelligence profiles, custom practitioner briefs, validated question sets), orders are not confirmed until Faradex Partners has completed a scope confirmation process and issued a written scope confirmation to the Purchaser. Payment is due only after scope confirmation.
All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or levies. Purchasers are responsible for all applicable taxes in their jurisdiction. Payment is required in full before delivery of Research Products, except where a payment schedule has been agreed in writing for large commission engagements.
Due to the nature of research products as intellectual property deliverables, all sales are final once a Research Product has been delivered to the Purchaser. Refunds are available only where: (a) the delivered product materially fails to meet the specification agreed at scope confirmation; or (b) Faradex Partners is unable to deliver the Research Product within the agreed delivery timeline. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Published Research Products are delivered by email in PDF format within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Commissioned Research Products are delivered within the timeline confirmed at scope stage. Faradex Partners is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances outside its control, including technical failures of email or file transfer systems.
All Research Products are watermarked with the Purchaser's licence details. Each delivery is logged with the Purchaser's name, organisation, email address, and licence type for copyright enforcement purposes.
Upon payment, Faradex Partners grants the Purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Research Product in accordance with the licence type purchased. The licence types and their permissions are as follows:

All licence types prohibit: resale or commercial redistribution of Research Products or excerpts; incorporation of Research Products into commercial products or services offered to clients; sharing with any person outside the Purchaser's organisation; public posting or publication on any platform; and removal or alteration of copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution.
Brief quotation from Research Products with clear attribution to "Faradex Partners" is permitted for the purpose of citing findings in internal strategy documents, investment memoranda, or academic publications, provided the quotation does not exceed 150 words from any single Research Product and does not serve as a substitute for purchasing a licence.
You may not use this website or Research Products for any of the following purposes:
Violation of these prohibited uses provisions may result in immediate termination of your licence, demand for return or destruction of Research Products, and legal action for damages.
All Research Products, Insights Content, website content, brand assets, analytical frameworks, methodological documentation, and other materials produced by Faradex Partners are the intellectual property of Norven Intelligence LLC and are protected by US and international copyright law, trademark law, and trade secret law.
"Faradex Partners", "Faradex", and associated logos and brand elements are trademarks of Norven Intelligence LLC. Unauthorised use of these trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or product names that could cause confusion — is prohibited.
The licence granted under Section 6 does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the Purchaser. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Norven Intelligence LLC.
Competitive intelligence profiles, custom practitioner briefs, and other commissioned Research Products are produced for the specific Purchaser who commissioned them and are not shared with or disclosed to any other party, including the subject companies of competitive intelligence profiles. Commissioned Research Products are not added to the Faradex Partners published Sectors without the explicit written consent of the commissioning Purchaser.
Purchasers of commissioned Research Products may share them with third parties only under Enterprise licence terms, and only after removing any scope or subject information that would identify the commissioning organisation. Purchasers who require stricter confidentiality terms for commissioned research may request a confidentiality addendum to these Terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FARADEX INTELLIGENCE RESEARCH PRODUCTS AND WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FARADEX INTELLIGENCE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT MARKET SIZE ESTIMATES, FORECASTS, OR ANALYTICAL CONCLUSIONS WILL PROVE ACCURATE OR THAT THEY WILL SATISFY THE PURCHASER'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NORVEN INTELLIGENCE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF FARADEX INTELLIGENCE RESEARCH PRODUCTS OR THIS WEBSITE, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL NORVEN INTELLIGENCE LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY PURCHASER FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM A RESEARCH PRODUCT PURCHASE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THAT PURCHASER FOR THE SPECIFIC RESEARCH PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Norven Intelligence LLC and its officers, directors, analysts, and agents from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of Research Products in a manner that violates applicable law; (c) any claim by a third party arising from your redistribution or misuse of Research Products; or (d) any representation you make to a third party about the nature or content of Faradex Partners research that is inaccurate or misleading.
Faradex Partners may terminate your access to this website and revoke any research licences immediately upon notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited uses, or misrepresent your identity or authority in connection with a purchase or commission. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Research Products and destroy all copies in your possession. No refund is payable upon termination for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or to a Research Product purchase that cannot be resolved informally through direct negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the arbitration seated in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction pending arbitration without waiving the right to arbitration.
Purchasers located in the European Union may additionally have rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation that supplement these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Faradex Partners reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to active Purchasers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of this website or Research Products after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date and version number at the top of this page reflect the current version.
