Faradex Intelligence is a battery sector market intelligence platform operated by Norven Intelligence LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Wyoming, United States of America (registered address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801). References to "Faradex Intelligence", "Faradex", "we", "us", or "our" in this Privacy Policy refer to Norven Intelligence LLC operating under the Faradex Intelligence trading name.

Faradex Intelligence is not a regulated entity under the EU GDPR as a data controller established in the EU, but we apply GDPR-equivalent standards to personal data from data subjects located in the European Economic Area as a matter of policy, consistent with our commitment to responsible data practice.
2. What Personal Data We Collect and How
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect personal data that you provide directly to us through the following interactions:
- Enquiry and commission forms: Name, work email address, organisation name, job title, and the content of your research enquiry or commission request.
- Report purchases: Name, work email address, organisation name, and licence type selected. Payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor and are not stored by Faradex Intelligence.
- Correspondence with our analyst team: Any personal data contained in emails, call notes, or messages you send to our analysts in connection with a research enquiry, commission, or delivery.
- Subscription to research updates: Work email address and sector interest preferences if you opt into research update communications.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Faradex Intelligence website, our web servers collect standard technical log data including:
- IP address (used for security and access logging; not used for individual tracking)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Pages visited and time of access
- Referring URL
This technical data is used for site security monitoring and aggregate usage analysis. We do not use this data to build individual user profiles or to serve targeted advertising.
2.3 Primary Panel Participant Data
When we engage practitioners as primary research panel participants for commissioned research, we collect the following data about participants:
- Name and professional credentials (to verify expertise relevance)
- Current and former employer information (to assess conflict of interest)
- Contact details for session scheduling
- Notes from research conversations
2.4 Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account details, national identification numbers, passport details, biometric data, health data, racial or ethnic origin data, political opinion data, religious belief data, or sexual orientation data. We do not use advertising networks and do not collect data for advertising profiling purposes.

- To conduct primary research sessions with panel participants who have agreed to participate
We do not use your personal data to: build advertising profiles; sell or rent data to third parties; train machine learning models using identifiable personal data; or make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with any third party for commercial purposes. We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment processors: Your payment details are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe or equivalent). We do not receive or store payment card data. Payment processors operate under their own privacy policies and PCI-DSS compliance frameworks.
- Cloud service providers: We use third-party cloud infrastructure for data storage and email delivery. These providers process data only on our instructions and are subject to data processing agreements that require GDPR-equivalent data protection standards.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose personal data to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction. We will notify you of such requests to the extent permitted by law.
- Business transfer: In the event of a sale or merger of Norven Intelligence LLC, personal data held by Faradex Intelligence may be transferred to the acquiring entity subject to the same privacy commitments in this policy.
Panel participant data is never shared with clients, commission requestors, or subject companies under any circumstances. See Section 2.3 above.
6. International Data Transfers
Faradex Intelligence is operated from the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data transfer restrictions, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We apply GDPR-equivalent data protection standards to all personal data from EEA data subjects and rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the legal basis for such transfers where required.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to our retention obligations under applicable law. We will delete or anonymise data that is not subject to mandatory retention within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Faradex Intelligence website uses only the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for basic website functionality, including session management and security. These cannot be disabled without preventing core site functionality.
- Analytics cookies (first-party only): We use privacy-respecting first-party analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns — pages visited, session duration, geographic distribution (country level). No individual user profiles are created. No data is shared with third-party advertising networks.
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, social media tracking scripts, or any technology that shares your browsing behaviour with third parties for advertising or profiling purposes. We do not use Google Analytics in a configuration that shares data with Google's advertising products.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by Faradex Intelligence:

- Right to rectification: To request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Right to erasure: To request deletion of your personal data, subject to retention obligations

We will respond within 30 days for standard requests and within 72 hours for urgent requests relating to data security incidents. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing requests that could affect personal data held about others.
If you are located in the EEA and believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority.
10. Children's Data
Faradex Intelligence products and services are intended for business and professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a person under 16, please contact us at privacy@faradexintelligence.com and we will delete it promptly.
11. Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include access controls and authentication requirements for systems containing personal data; encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest; regular security reviews of third-party service providers; staff training on data handling obligations; and incident response procedures for potential data breaches. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulatory authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or our services. When we make material changes, we will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect and will update the effective date and version number at the top of this policy. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For non-material changes (formatting, clarifications that do not affect your rights), we will update the policy without prior notification.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, except where superseded by applicable data protection law in the jurisdiction of the data subject. Any disputes arising under this policy that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for violations of intellectual property rights or data protection obligations.
