Payment Methods

Credit card, debit card, bank transfer (wire), and invoice with net-30 terms for enterprise clients. All payments processed securely. Faradex never stores card details.

Invoicing and VAT

Invoices issued in USD by Norven Intelligence LLC (Wyoming, USA). EU clients: reverse charge VAT mechanism applies. Invoice available immediately on purchase for expense purposes.

Refund Policy

All sales are final once a report is delivered. Refunds available only where the delivered product materially fails to meet the agreed specification, submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Before purchasing or subscribing

Can I see the report before purchasing?

Yes. For any title, you can request a Preview Summary — a 4–6 page excerpt covering the Market Synopsis and one Segment Insights section — at no cost. Submit a preview request on the contact page and we respond within 1 business day.

What if the report doesn't cover what I need?

Submit a Pre-Purchase Query describing your specific information requirement before purchasing. Our analysts will confirm whether the report covers your scope and, if not, can propose a customisation or alternative. No payment until scope is confirmed.

Can I share a purchased report with my team?

Standard User licences are single-user only. If you need to share with colleagues, purchase a Corporate Licence (up to 5 users) or upgrade to Enterprise (unlimited). Sharing a Standard licence with additional users violates the terms and will result in licence revocation without refund.

How is the Enterprise subscription structured?

Enterprise is an annual subscription billed upfront. It includes all 100 published titles, new titles published during the year, quarterly CI monitoring for 5 manufacturers, quarterly analyst calls, and one custom report commission. Renewal pricing is agreed 60 days before expiry.

Does Faradex research contain insider information?

No — and this is an absolute commitment, not a disclaimer. Every Faradex output is produced exclusively from publicly available information, voluntary primary panel opinions, and analyst judgment. We do not handle, solicit, or publish confidential or insider information under any circumstance.

Can I purchase a report for a client I'm advising?

You may purchase a report under your organisation's licence for use within your organisation's work on that client. You may not resell or pass the report to the client under your standard licence. If your client requires their own copy, they must purchase a separate licence directly from Faradex.
